She was such a big part of our childhood and as a young girl quite the influence on me. I remember well and fondly the times when Mum and I would help her out in Godalming at one of the many jumble sales she was organizing for some worthy cause. She was always spritely, enthusiastic and so warm. I always felt impressed by her and there were many things to learn, all positive. Quite the adventurer and living life to the full. I think that way when I think of you too. As they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
